We source a rotating selection from East & West coast farms and local NJ seafood co-ops, and make recommendations for varieties that fit your event.
One type or a curated tasting of three or more — it's your call. Beyond oysters, we offer clams, shrimp cocktail, snow crab claws, caviar, and other seasonal additions. Contact us for current availability. -
Our custom oyster bar adds a refined coastal touch—understated, elegant, and always a crowd-pleaser. Prefer something more agile? Our roving shuckers mingle with guests, serving oysters on the spot.
We also offer shuckers for hire and Shuckuterie Board displays—beautifully arranged oysters and add-ons, complete with all the fixings.

We take pride in being self-contained and easy for our hosts to work with. We supply everything one would reasonably expect from a top-tier oyster bar (ice, condiments, serveware, etc.) and leave the space where we work as we found it.
Included with any booking:
-House-made Rice Vinegar/Prosecco Mignonette
-Signature cocktail sauce
-Horseradish
-Lemon wedges
-Tabasco
-Disposable serving trays and fork picks
-Napkins and wet naps
