Completely Self-Contained We supply everything you'd expect from a top-tier oyster bar — ice, condiments, serveware, and cleanup. All we need to know is where to set up and the easiest way to access your property or venue.
Setup & Dimensions The bar measures 28" x 72" and rolls on pneumatic wheels, making it fully mobile. We use coolers under the bar and battery-powered lights, so no power outlets are needed.
While the bar handles most surfaces with ease - sand, loose gravel, and large sets of stairs can be limiting. For properties with challenging terrain, our Tabletop Bar is a better fit.
Best For The Oyster Cart is our flagship setup and a natural fit for weddings, rehearsal dinners, corporate events, holiday parties, graduation parties, and milestone birthdays — any event where the raw bar is a centerpiece.

The Setup: Same oysters, same shuckers, same service — displayed on a beautifully appointed tabletop bar that we assemble on-site. We provide a clean, professional setup with our signature serveware, iced display, and all the same accompaniments as the full Cart.
Completely Self-Contained: Like our Full Bar, we bring everything — ice, condiments, serveware, and cleanup. Just point us to where you'd like the raw bar, and we'll handle the rest.
Setup & Dimensions: While normally set up atop a standard 6ft catering table (provided by O’Shucks), the tabletop bar can be set up on your table, countertop, or any flat surface you choose. It sets up quickly and goes virtually anywhere — patios, pool decks, restaurant spaces, rooftops, beachfront properties, or incorporated into a tented reception.
Best For Backyard gatherings, cocktail parties, holiday & Birthday celebrations, beach house weekends, and pop-up events. The Tabletop Bar is a versatile option that works equally well in an open-air venue or tucked into a more intimate setting.

Inquire here. We’ll provide recommendations based on your headcount and work with you to build a custom raw bar package tailored to your party. After a proposal is agreed upon, we’ll send an event contract and invoice for a 50% deposit (full payment due a week before your event). Once booked, we just need to know where you’d like us to set up on the day of your event. We show up → You enjoy.

We take pride in being self-contained and easy for our hosts to work with. We supply everything one would reasonably expect from a top-tier oyster bar (ice, condiments, serveware, etc.) and leave the space where we work as we found it. All we need to know is the easiest way to access your home or venue and where to set up our oyster bar, and we'll take care of the rest.
We can provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) and copies of shellfish tags as needed. -
2-hour packages with 1 shucker start at $500, plus the cost of shellfish.
2 shucker, or Bar + Rover packages start at $750
Cost is adjusted based on travel, demand (day of week/time of year), and event type.
With variables such as the quantity/variety of oysters, other shellfish you may be interested in, number of guests, event duration, type of service, etc., the price can vary dramatically from event to event. Reach out via our contact page for a custom quote tailored to your unique needs. -
We currently have six bars total (3 carts & 3 tabletops) and reserve them by the customer's choice on a first-come, first-served basis.
If you’d like to ensure that O’Shucks and the bar of your choice are part of your event, we’d recommend booking as soon as possible. -
We’ve shucked all over the state of NJ, as well as throughout New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, and Connecticut.
We’re based in Point Pleasant, NJ, and specialize in serving Monmouth and Ocean counties. We will travel anywhere within 45 minutes of our home base at no additional cost, but anything outside that radius will be reflected in your quote based on travel time.
